1.Minimum Order Quantity
Kindly, our minimum order quantity is 5,000pcs each color / each size for paper bag. We also could accept 3,000pcs for a trial order as the first cooperation.

2. Production Date
While the normal production time for order is 5-7 days, takes 2-3 days for samples' production. For the different products, the delivery time will not be the same, Please understand!

3. Transportation
Sea freight, normally delivery from Huangpu port of Guangzhou, China.

4. Payment Terms
We accept TT or Western Union remittance 40%-50% payment deposit, then the balance payment should be paid before delivery.
If you chose Western Union prepayment, we will provide you more convenient one the order procedures.

5. Quality Guarantee
Certificated on ISO 9001:2000, and all of products, we can gurantee the quality same as our samples.

6. Disagreements
Both parties agree to work in good faith to seek a fair settlement. Both parties agree to file and settle any suits in those jurisdictions. In no event shall damages claimed by buyer exceed the cost of the material and associated freight charges of the original shipment.
